REVERSE ENGINEERING.

Creation of 3D data (assemblies and parts) and drawings by studying and measuring existing machines assemblies or parts.

PRODUCT DESIGN.

Improving machine aesthetics and ergonomics and also safety. Helping clients visualise machines or products before they are manufacture through photo realistic rendering and simulation.

DESIGN CONSULTANCY AND TRAINING.

Setting up design department with documentation system, data storage procedures, data revisioning, integration of design data into existing or planned ERP or PLM systems. Making design data compliant with ISO requirements. Training of design staff in engineering and good design practices.

STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS.

Analysis of assemblies and parts for stress and deflection using modern FEA techniques for design optimisation.
